Have you ever just fallen in love with the colors in a photo? Earlier this year, I saw this photo area in Animal Kingdom and immediately fell in love with the colors.

I thought the colors would also make a great color scheme for a digital scrapbook kit. Of course I could open this photo in Photoshop and sample colors from different parts of the photo but it would be hard to see how the colors go together. In comes Kuler (pronounced cooler) to the rescue.
This video shows you how to upload this photo into Kuler to create a color scheme, save the color scheme and import it into Adobe Photoshop CS5.
This is the resulting color scheme that I created using Kuler and the photo above (as described in the video).
Have fun with Kuler!

What an absolutely adorable and colorful photo of your darling daughter Kelly! Kuler has long been my personal fave for creating color palettes for kits. Love, love, LOVE using Kuler. So much so, I keep it on my desktop
I’ve been MIA for most of the past two months and sent you an email on September 11th in reply to a question you had for me on Twitter? Did you receive it? I’ve not been on my Hootsuite but a couple of times so I did not catch your DM until some time after you’d posted it. I’m so sorry
Wishing you a fabulous week ahead sweetie
I sent you an e-mail Linda.
