In facet, she recommended the preschool that my son goes to and my kids have both gone to that school since they were one. My son’s teacher decided on a cooking theme for her assistant’s birthday celebration. We had the students make a whimsical recipe book for her. I designed a front cover page and an individual recipe page. There is plenty of space on the [continue reading]

DIY Easter Pinwheel Centerpiece With Free Cut File

Easter is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate with my children. This year I wanted to make a centerpiece for our table that has some fun built in. The built in fun comes in the form of pinwheels. I wasn’t too excited about having my kids running around with pinwheels with pins in them so I made my pinwheels pinless by using pipe cleaners instead of a pin. Supplies: 1 12×12 sheet of double sided Easter themed paper 1 coordinating pipe cleaner sharp pointed scissors 3 green [continue reading]

Easy Christmas Memories Case

At the end of the summer, I helped my kids make their own scrapbooks using pocket style page protectors. My son looks at his almost everyday and my daughter looks at hers pretty often too. As the holidays approach and we started decorating for Christmas after Thanksgiving, I got the idea to create a container of Christmas memories that my kids can hold and look through to their heart’s content.
