Colin and Kara bring home the cutest preschool crafts! The table in my office was stacked full of their handiwork. I want to include these projects in my children’s school scrapbooks but don’t have time to create a layout for each individual item. What’s my solution? Last month I posted what Kara made me for Mother’s Day at school. My husband and I both loved it. I decided to do the same thing for him for Father’s Day. This afternoon, Kara and I sat down and I gave her a 10 inch x 10 inch piece of paper to draw Steve. Not only did she draw Steve but she drew herself as well! Supplies: a photo a foam frame puzzle pieces word strips adhesive magnet (optional) Directions: Adhere the photo to the backside of the foam frame. I like to make a Christmas gift for our teachers along with giving them a gift card. I saw a ribbon tree in an ad a few weeks ago and thought it would be fun to make. This is the one I made last night. I basically followed the directions for the Michael’s ribbon tree but used a small red ornament instead of a star at the top. The ribbon I used ranged from 3/8 to 7/8 of an inch. [more]
