Pixelate Part of a Photo

There are times when you might want to obscure part of a photo. One quick and easy way to do this is to use the Pixelate filter in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. One of our holiday traditions is to send our family an ornament with a photo of our kids. I purchased this year’s ornament from Michaels.
