There are times when you might want to obscure part of a photo. One quick and easy way to do this is to use the Pixelate filter in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Here are two videos (one using Photoshop CS5 and one using Photoshop Elements 10) that will show you how to do this in about a minute.
