The theme for the October Pixel Scrapper blog train is Autumn Art. This made me think of an artist’s palette and the idea for this Art Masterpiece template came to be easily. Each circle on the palette can be populated by a photo. This template is only for your personal use. You can download the template through October 31, 2014. This freebie has expired. The PSD and PNG formats of this template are now available here in my Simply Kelly Designs store. The PAGE version will be available as a pakit in the Panstoria store soon.
